Misdemeanors are crimes punishable by up to one year in jail, and/or up to a $2,500 fine in Virginia courts. We represent clients charged with the following misdemeanor offenses:

Reckless Driving, Driving While Intoxicated, Driving on a Suspended License/Revoked License/with No Operator’s , Hit and Run Other Offenses Trespass, Damage to Property, Disorderly Conduct, Failure to Appear in Court for a Misdemeanor Offense
