Felonies are crimes carrying a penalty of a year or more in prison.  Felony convictions also carry the possibility other serious consequences, such as heavy fines as well as a loss of certain rights.  

We represent individuals who have been formally charged with felonies in state and federal court.  We also represent individuals who have not been charged, but who face the possibility of criminal prosecution.

of Firearm, Possession/Sale of Schedule I or II Controlled Substance While in
Possession of a Firearm, Failure to Appear in Court for a Felony Offense
