Eugene Gorokhov
Eugene Gorokhov opened his own practice in 2007, after working at a Washington D.C. litigation boutique. He has represented clients in a wide variety of matters, civil and criminal, in both state and federal courts.
As a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Gorokhov has represented individuals charged under the Controlled Substances Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Foreign Agent Registration Act, as well as financial crimes including Bank Fraud, Wire Fraud, Social Security Fraud, Citizenship and Naturalization Fraud, Health Care Fraud, and Money Laundering.
Mr. Gorokhov has also represented clients at the appellate level throughout the United States.
Mr. Gorokhov studied at the University of Maryland and the George Mason University School of Law, where he has appeared as a guest lecturer.
